INTERNET PRIVACY POLICY

 

1) NOTICE

With this notice, Verónica González Pérez, the proprietor of the registered trademark TRAYMA TRADUCCIONES Y MARCAS (hereinafter TRAYMA), with Tax ID number B-54297593 and with registered office at Calle Alfonso de Rojas no. 8, Entresuelo 11, 03004 Alicante, Spain, the owner of the website www.trayma.com, hereby confirms that she is responsible for the personal data files supplied by users through said website and informs and notifies the website’s users of its Privacy Policy regarding Personal Data Protection in accordance with the applicable legislation on this subject, as established in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services.
The purpose of this is so that users of the website may freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide TRAYMA with their personal details, which may be required of them as a consequence of viewing the content of the website and purchasing TRAYMA’s services.

2) USES, PURPOSES AND ACCEPTANCE BY THE USER

The user voluntarily authorises and consents to the computerised processing of his/her personal data, which he/she freely supplies by electronic questionnaire, e-mail, telephone or fax, or by contracting any of the company’s services. The user therefore expressly accepts and consents to the data that he/she has provided, or provides in the future, being processed as part of a personal data file.
TRAYMA undertakes to ensure that the personal data files and the details provided by their owner will be used for specific purposes, which include in particular:
a) Managing the contractual and extra-contractual relationship with the company.
b) User registration on the website.
c) Studying the company’s clients for assessment and statistical purposes.
d) Sending advertisements, newsletters, news items or information bulletins.
e) Managing and/or administering the services to which the user has subscribed and administering the subscription service.
f) Handling incidents.
TRAYMA undertakes to duly notify the user in writing of any increase, change or extension to the purposes and uses for which the computerised processing of the data provided by the user is intended.
TRAYMA informs users that it is obligatory to provide all the data required for user registration wherever this is expressly specified, e.g. for subscription as a registered user, and may refuse registration to any user who fails to provide said data. On the forms used to collect personal data, the different fields required for successful completion of the registration process are marked, as are fields that may be filled in voluntarily according to the information and the technical knowledge and materials available to the user.

3) OWNERSHIP

The files created as a consequence of registration on the website by questionnaire or e-mail, or directly by purchasing a service, will be under the ownership and liability of Verónica González Pérez, the proprietor of the registered trademark TRAYMA TRADUCCIONES Y MARCAS, with Tax ID number B-54297593 and registered office at Calle Alfonso de Rojas no. 8, Entresuelo 11, 03004 Alicante, Spain, who owns the website www.trayma.com.
TRAYMA assumes liability for the use that is made of them in accordance with the regulations established in the Law on Personal Data Protection and ensures that it has taken all the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information, as established in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection and Regulation 994/1999, of 14 June, which complements it.

4) DISCLOSURE

TRAYMA undertakes not to disclose or pass on any personal data provided by the user, except in cases where it is necessary to improve the quality of the service, such purposes being included in the contractual relationship with TRAYMA. The owner of the data expressly authorises the disclosure of the data processed in the aforementioned cases and TRAYMA undertakes to expressly request further written authorisation from the user should they have to be disclosed for any purposes other than those envisaged in this clause.

5) THE USER’S RIGHTS

The owner of the data’s agreement to his/her data being processed may always be revoked, pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December. Therefore, the user who owns the data may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at any time and in the terms established in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, by sending reliable written communication by registered post to Calle Alfonso de Rojas no. 8, Entresuelo 11, 03004 Alicante, Spain, the owner of the website www.trayma.com, by sending an e-mail to trayma@trayma.com, or by any other verifiable means addressed to the person in charge. In this communication, the owner must state who he/she is and provide a photocopy of the National Identity Document, postal address, telephone number, contact person, email address and a statement explaining the right that is to be exercised and the reasons.
When said rights are exercised, TRAYMA undertakes to show the data that has been collected and state the purposes and uses for which it was supplied and processed when the right of access is exercised; to modify and correct them when of the right of rectification is exercised; to stop processing them when the right of opposition is exercised; and to cancel them when the right of cancellation is exercised. In the latter case, and in accordance with the legal provisions established in article 16 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, TRAYMA will keep them, even after the relationship has ended and always for the legally established term, solely and exclusively to make them available to the administrative or legal authorities if necessary and when expressly requested by said authorities.

6) TRAYMA’S RESPONSIBILITIES

TRAYMA, as the entity that is responsible for the file and the website, guarantees full compliance with the provisions established in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection and Regulation 994/1999, of 14 June, which complements it. The company also ensures due compliance with the provisions established in Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services, regarding the owner’s information and undesired commercial mailings or spamming.
TRAYMA also guarantees the confidentiality of communications with the user and the lawful and diligent processing of the personal details that he/she supplies.
TRAYMA undertakes not to reveal any confidential information or to disclose any data that are being processed, except in cases where the law expressly requires it or when requested by the competent public authorities in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions that are applicable to the case in question.

7) THE USER’S RESPONSIBILITY

In all circumstances, the user will be answerable for the truthfulness of the data provided and TRAYMA reserves the right to exclude all users who have supplied false, vague or inaccurate data from registered services, without prejudice to any other action that it is entitled to take.
The user is aware of and accepts the terms established in TRAYMA’s privacy policy, hereby expressly, freely and voluntarily consenting to the computerised processing of his/her personal data in the terms established in these clauses. The user consents to, and thus assumes liability for, TRAYMA sending commercial mailings and advertisements to its registered users and clients.

8) THE INFORMATION SOCIETY LAW

Notwithstanding the above, pursuant to Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the User’s express authorisation is requested for TRAYMA to send commercial information about new services and offers by e-mail or any other equivalent means of electronic communication. Thus, if the User does not wish to be sent commercial information and advertisements, he/she must expressly stipulate this in this clause or by sending an e-mail to trayma@trayma.com, stating his/her express wish not to receive commercial information, promotions or advertisements.

9) COOKIES

In order to streamline its service, TRAYMA will use cookies to identify each user as rapidly as possible. Cookies are data stored on the hard disk of the computer, which serve to speed up and optimise the operation of the server and the service. All users can modify or reject a cookie. Should this be the case, TRAYMA warns users that the speed and quality of the service may suffer.

10) SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

The parties expressly renounce their own jurisdiction, accepting that the Spanish legislation governs this agreement in the event of any disagreement regarding the interpretation or performance thereof and agreeing to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante for the settlement of all disputes deriving from it.
